Able to manage job applications and resumes and sort according to what positions are open.
Must be a self starter, pro-active.
Must have a high level of confidentiality.
Will make sure all employee files are current and update, including scanning documents electronically.
Beneficial to have some knowledge of FMLA and Benefit Administration.
Must have basic knowledge of payroll processing.
Netchex and/or iSolved experience a plus.
Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
Will assist with open enrollments, special events of recognition, holiday parties, etc.
